Located on Keji Road, "Ningbo City Supply Chain Square - Each Food House Square" covers an area of 35 acres, divided into four areas: refrigeration, display and sales, catering market, and cultural park, which can radiate 320,000 residents and many catering enterprises around 5 kilometers.
As a cold-chain business, "simple" and "affordable" is the style of each food house. In this reform, each restaurant has created a block complex integrating cold storage, wholesale cold chain, food and snacks, night snacks, and cultural square. Each food house is not only a cold storage, but also a basket for each consumer, 12,000 square meters of exhibition halls, more than 200 merchants, displaying more varieties and quantities of food ingredients. We hope that through the efforts of each food house, we can bring high-quality products and services to consumers, and actively participate in social welfare activities and give back to society.
General Manager Hu said that in the food culture, the most important drinking and eating, the ingredients are the most fundamental, and the ingredients must be integrated into the culture. Therefore, he built a food corridor of more than 120 meters around each food house square to vividly display the stories of various food ingredients, so that more citizens can understand the food culture.
From July 4-6, 2024, Zhejiang International Catering Expo will join hands with each house to invite more than 400 well-known enterprises and brands at home and abroad to participate in the exhibition, fully displaying aquatic products/aquatic processed products, meat ingredients/frozen products, prepared dishes/ready-to-eat foods, hot pot ingredients, drinks and beverages/coffee/tea, grain and oil products/fruits and vegetables, brand joining, catering equipment/cold chain distribution, etc. To build a platform for the exchange and cooperation of the catering industry supply chain, and bloom the new vitality of the catering economic circle in Zhejiang and East China.
